Come join in a guided nature walk at Legion State Park on June 3rd. The walk begins at 8:30 and will be hosted by Dr. Lelia Kelly, Professor of Horticulture at Mississippi State University. This is a great opportunity to learn while exploring our park - also an opportunity for Scouts to
achieve some merit badge goals!

How You Can Help

Legion State Park is full of history and natural beauty and is vital to our communities of Louisville and Winston County, Ms. Like many state recreational areas, Legion needs your help and support to survive budget cutbacks and financial uncertainty.

Support the Park by simply enjoying it. Buy an annual park permit (can be used as entry to any State Park in Miss) for $44.94 or $35 for seniors (age 65 & older). Bring the family to fish, hike, picnic, camp and RV or enjoy the Park's selections of cabins and historic lodge.
